Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup Cookies Country Blend BBQ sauce
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
20 dill pickles, coin slices
2 cups - 8 oz. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups - 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and set aside. Place crust on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread with BBQ sauce. Top with beef mixture, bacon, pickles, and cheeses. Sprinkle with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 (26 oz.) btl. Cookies Western Style Bar-B-Q Sauce
Marinate loins overnight in mild Tender Quick solution. Take out of marinade and season with Flavor Enhancer. Cook over low heat, between 225 to 250 degrees. Position charcoal to prevent flare-up. Hickory, apple or cherry wood can be used to create a smoked flavor. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. It will take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Remove and brush liberally with Western Style Bar-B-Q Sauce. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
NOTE: For a sweeter version, use Cookies Sweet Hickory Bar-B-Q Sauce.

Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Spinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and Flavor Enhancer. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Pour the sauce mixture over the meat balls. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.

1 cup Cookies Country Blend BBQ Sauce
Run a knife through the center of the pork loin. Prick the sausage with a fork several places. Insert the sausage in the center of the loin where you previously ran the knife through. Sprinkle Cookies Flavor Enhancer on the pork loin. Put loin on the grill at a medium temperature of approximately 325 degrees. Cook until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. When pork loin reaches 150 degrees, glaze with the Cookies Country Blend BBQ Sauce. Return to grill for approximately 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 155 degrees. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. The temperature will rise 5 to 10 degrees in that period of time. Slice and serve with Cookies Country Blend BBQ Sauce
