Beef Chuck Tender Filet Sandwiches

olive oil
Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Cookies Wings-N-Things Hot Sauce
Cookies Country Blend BBQ Sauce

Let steaks "rest" for 5 to 10 minutes for juices to reabsorb. Slice thinly, across the grain. Serve slices in cocktail buns and drizzle with Cookies Country Blend BBQ Sauce. For Hors d'oeuvres, cut cooked shoulder tenders into cubes and dip in Cookies Wings-N-Things Hot Sauce.

Grilling Method: Season beef shoulder tenders with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Place shoulder tenders on grill over medium heat. Turn occasionally to brown on all sides. Insert instant-read meat thermometer in center of steak. Remove at 140 to 150 degrees. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing thinly across grain.
