Apple Crepes

Crepes:
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs

Mix well and fry in medium pan. They will be thin.

Apple Filling:
4 apples
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Peel and cut up apples. Place in covered skillet with the rest of the ingredients. Fry or simmer for 15 minutes and serve on top of crepes.

Dessert Crepes

1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon white sugar (optional)

Mix together and fry in a medium hot pan. Serve with cinnamon butter or any pie filling, fried apples or whatever suits your taste.
