Bar-B-Qued Meat Loaf
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Cookies Original BBQ Sauce
1/2 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Lightly pat mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
