2 c. brats that have been grilled, skinned & chopped
3/4 c. Cookies Original Style Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. cumin
1 sm. can sauerkraut, drained
In medium bowl, mix above ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Place in a 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and serve on crackers. Garnish platter with parsley and cherry tomatoes. |
