Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup Cookies Country Blend BBQ sauce
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
20 dill pickles, coin slices
2 cups - 8 oz. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups - 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and set aside. Place crust on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread with BBQ sauce. Top with beef mixture, bacon, pickles, and cheeses. Sprinkle with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
